राष्ट्रीय परीक्षण एजेंसी को शिक्षा मंत्रालय और यूजीसी द्वारा शिक्षा मंत्रालय के तहत केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालयों और अन्य भाग लेने वाले विश्वविद्यालयों / संस्थानों / संगठनों / स्वायत्त कॉलेजों में स्नातक कार्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए कॉमन यूनिवर्सिटी एंट्रेंस टेस्ट (CUET) आयोजित करने के लिए अनिवार्य किया गया है.
CUET UG देश भर में किसी भी केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय (CU) या अन्य प्रतिभागी संगठनों (राज्य विश्वविद्यालयों, डीम्ड और निजी विश्वविद्यालयों सहित) में प्रवेश पाने के इच्छुक छात्रों को सामान्य अवसर प्रदान करेगा.

- First of all, applicants must be studying in any stream among Arts, Commerce, Science in any State Board or Central Board.
